🚨 A major update: yesterday's piece covering Loob Holdings’ IPO had some errors.
One of which is the remark that the firm had a related-party transaction with Collektr, the trading card platform of which Bryan Loo is an investor. It wasn’t the case. Errors are mine. The article has been corrected and updated.
