I’m going back to stock market operator Victor Chin’s 40-page chronology released last week because there’s a highly specific regulatory anomaly that exposes loopholes in Malaysia’s capital market.

We need to talk about that.

I’ll also finish the newsletter with notes on what we know about the so-called corporate mafia, especially what last week has sort of crystallised.

Hopefully I’ll get to dig into some corporate deals or business-y stuff in the next newsletter, just to give all of us — myself included — a breather.
